What it does

Meet your new phone host. It knows your menu by heart.

One host that picks up when your team can't, takes the order the way you would, and gets out of the way when a person is needed.

Takes pickup & delivery orders

Reads from your live menu, confirms items, modifiers, name and phone, and quotes a ready time.

Answers hours, menu & FAQs

Opening hours, parking, allergens, what's in the special. Answers come from your menu and settings, not guesses.

Speaks the caller's language

Callers can talk in the language they're most comfortable in. The ticket still prints in yours.

Sends a clean kitchen ticket

Confirmed orders land on your kitchen screen with items, notes, and the caller's details. No scribbled notes.

Hands tricky calls to your team

Catering, complaints, and manager requests go to a person, with a summary of what the caller needs.

Learns from what it couldn't answer

Questions it didn't know land in an inbox. Add the answer once and the next caller gets it.

How it works

From a link to a live phone line. No forms, no spreadsheets.

  1. 01

    Paste your link

Your website, your Google Maps listing, or the restaurant name and city. That's the whole form.

  2. 02

It learns your menu & hours

ROAL reads your public pages, pulls items and prices, and picks up your hours and address.

  3. 03

    Test-call it in your browser

Order something. Ask when you close. Change your mind halfway. Pick the voice and the name.

  4. 04

    Forward your number

Claim your host, get a dedicated line, and forward your restaurant number when you're ready.

Your dashboard

Your restaurant's phone command center.

See every call the host handled, read the transcript, and watch orders arrive. Change the menu or the hours and the next caller hears it.

  • Live calls, transcripts, and recordings
  • Orders and kitchen tickets in one place
  • Edit your menu, hours, and FAQs in seconds
  • See peak call times, popular items, and upsells

Every missed call is a lost order.

ROAL picks up when your team can't, takes the order from your live menu, and hands it straight to the kitchen.

Rush hour is when it rings

Rush hours are when the phone rings most and staff can't pick up. The busiest moments are the ones you can least afford to miss.

An unanswered call goes elsewhere

Every unanswered call is an order that goes somewhere else. Hungry callers rarely leave a voicemail and wait.

The floor pays for the phone

Staff pulled off the floor to answer phones means guests at the counter and tables wait. Nobody wins.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers. If yours isn't here, email vamsi@tryroal.com and a person replies.

What does ROAL actually do?

It answers your restaurant's phone, takes pickup orders from your live menu, answers questions about hours and the menu, and sends a ticket to your kitchen screen.

How long does setup take?

Paste your website or Google Maps link and you can talk to your own host in about two minutes. Going live means forwarding your number, which takes a few minutes with most phone carriers. Try it free

Will callers feel like they are talking to a robot?

Callers speak normally and the host responds in a natural voice. You pick the voice and the name. Try a call yourself before you decide.

What happens when my menu changes?

Edit the menu in your dashboard. The next call uses the updated items and prices. Sold-out items are not offered.

What if a caller needs a person?

Catering, complaints, and manager requests are handed to your team. The host does not invent an order to end the call.

When do I pay?

$0.90 when a pickup order is confirmed and the ticket reaches your kitchen. If it does not become an order, you do not pay. See pricing
